Port Blair, June 17: The Member of Parliament, A&N Islands, Shri Kuildeep Rai Sharma has requested the Director of State Transport, A&N Administration to resume the Express Bus service of STS between Port Blair and Nimbudera and vice versa. The bus service in the route was suspended owing to COVID-19 pandemic since 19^th March, 2020, which is yet to be resumed. Due to the suspension of the bus service, the villagers residing around the four Gram Panchayats of Shivapuram, Swadesh Nagar,  Harinagar and Basanthipur having a population of 20 (twenty) thousand are facing difficulties.
