BJP Karyakartas Welcome Minister of State for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying
Port Blair, Nov. 19: The State BJP Unit Karyakartas under the leadership of Shri. Ajoy Bairagi today welcomed Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Balyan, Hon’ble Minister of State for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying at Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair.
Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Balyan is on a personal visit to the Islands from 18th November 2020 to 20th November 2020. He is accompanied by his family members. This is the first time since the outbreak of COVID-19 that a Minister of the Central Government has visited the Islands.
The karyakartas of BJP also welcomed the Minister at Cellular Jail later in the day, where he was on a visit with his family to witness the Light and Sound Show. The personal visit of Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Balyan is taken as a positive step by the Bharatiya Janata Party, Andaman and Nicobar towards the revival of tourism in the Islands.
