Port Blair, Jan. 10: Following certain reports in the media and from some section of public that entry to events in the ITF -2013 particularly to the Netaji Stadium are restricted through entry pass, the Director of Tourism, Shri Amit Satija has cleared that the department has already announced that entry to all venues of ITF-2013 are free and open for all public and tourists.  No invitation card or entry pass are required at Netaji Stadium or for that matter in any other venues of ITF to watch any of the programmes.

To facilitate public too comfortably sit and watch the programme, more than 1000 chairs are available which could be occupied by any one on first come first served basis at Netaji Stadium.  Further the direction of the stage at Netaji Stadium has been changed to facilitate viewing of events from various places including side galleries and main stadium. The entire stadium can accommodate thousands of people, therefore, general public is requested not to get misguided by any such report.
