Port Blair, June 3: The 33^rd Convocation of Indira Gandhi National Open University has been conducted on 17^th February 2020. The degrees of students who have not attended the Convocation Function are now being dispatched to their postal address. Out of 831 eligible students for 33^rd Convocation, 301 number of students only paid the convocation fee to get the original degree. Nearly 100 students have attended the convocation function and received their degree in- person.

As a precautionary measure, the scanned copy of the degree certificate is being emailed to student, before dispatching the degree by speed- post. The photocopy of the degree certificate is also retained at the Regional Centre as standby arrangement. Students who have not paid the 33^rd Convocation fee of Rs.600/- can pay now and get the degree from Regional Centre.
