Port Blair, June 23: The Member of Parliament, A&N Islands, Shri Kuldeep Rai Sharma has requested the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, A&N Administration to allow 11 days’ time for updation of membership of Consumers Cooperative Societies Ltd after exempting lockdown period from 19^th to 31^st March, 2020 as many members could not get renewal of their membership within given time of 31^st March 2020 as the lockdown for COVID-19 has been enforced in these Islands. The MP therefore requested to consider the same so that more and more members may get their membership updated.
