Port Blair, March 4: The V.V. Giri, National Labour Institute, Noida Sector – 24, U.P. (A Govt. of India, M.O.I & E undertaking body), India’s Prime Labour Training Institute has accepted the nomination of 35 Trade Union Leaders & Activist for training in the course of “Leadership Development Programme” from BMS, A&N Islands. The training will commence from 11^th -15^th March, 2013. Out of the 35 participants, 15 are ladies.

The unique feature of the course is that journey to–fro, fooding and lodging will be provided by Institute. This is first time in the history of Trade Union of this Islands that such a large number of Trade Union leaders and activist will able to learn the modern technique of trade unionism, which is expected to help develop proletarian.
