Port Blair, July 12: The Lt Governor, Lt Gen (Retd) A K Singh, PVSM, AVSM, SM, VSM visited Chatham and laid a wreath at the Memorial there. He also inspected the Chatham Saw Mill. Lt Governor also interacted with the workers of the mill and inquired about their wellbeing. He also visited the Chatham museum.

The Chief Secretary, Shri Anand Prakash and senior officers of the Forest Department were also present.
