Port Blair, July 19: The Lt Governor, Lt Gen (Retd) A K Singh, PVSM, AVSM, SM, VSM, visited Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Institute of Technology (BRAIT), Dollygunj and inspected the facilities there. He took a round of the College and met the Principal and staff of the institution.

The Principal apprised him about the activities of the College through a multi-media presentation. He also visited the College library and interacted with the students and witnessed their scientific exhibits. He observed that the College should focus on imparting those skills to the students which are in demand so that after completion of their education, these students can find suitable jobs or start their own ventures.
