Port Blair, Feb. 27: A German national who had come to the islands on tourist visa was held by the Crime Investigation Department (CID) after it was revealed that he has been interviewing people. It is learnt that the German National is a Journalist but arrived Port Blair on a tourist visa. He has been residing at Holiday Resort, Port Blair since 25^th Feb. 2013.
