Port Blair, May 14: On the third day of Indonesian Coast Guard (BAKAMLA) Delegation visit to Port blair,  Indian Coast Guard demonstrated pollution response capabilities at CG Wharf followed by a Table top exercise wherein various scenarios pertaining to Search and Rescue, anti-piracy and pollution response were simulated for joint operation and synergic approach. Both the Coast Guards will participate in a Joint Sea Exercise off Port Blair on 16 May. 

It is notable that BAKAMLA ship has been deployed overseas for the first time ever and they have chosen Port Blair as port of choice for enhancing maritime cooperation with ICG.
