Port Blair, Nov. 18: Humane Touch in association with Directorate of Education has initiated an awareness campaign on alcoholism and drug abuse under Ferrargunj Tehsil. Drug related issues have creeped to an alarming rate in the last few years in our islands. Drug related crimes are reported in the local daily/media frequently.
