Port Blair, Feb 17: The Andaman & Nicobar State Cooperative Bank has inaugurated its 2nd Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) for its customers at its Rangat branch on 14.02.2020 at 3.30 pm.
A Two Wheeler Vahan Mela 2020 was also organised at Mini Stadium on 14.02.2020 at 4.00 pm. Shri. Bhagat Singh, Chairman of the Bank was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
The programme was also attended by Smt. Laxmi Singh, Shri. K Murugan, Managing Director, Bank officials, Customers, General Public and Villagers of Rangat. A total of over 50 two wheelers have been sanctioned loan from Rangat, Bakultala, Nimbutala, Betapur, Billiground, Kadamtala and Baratang. The Chief Guest in his key note address urged the gathering to take max. benefit of CDM and two wheeler loan scheme.
At the outset, Shri. K Murugan, MD welcomed the delegates and appraised the benefits of the scheme of two wheeler loan. He also informed the gathering that a Car Loan Mela is also in the process and will be conducted in the month of Diwali. The programme ended with vote of thanks by Shri. Ratnam Thangadurai, Branch Manager, Rangat branch.
