Port Blair, Sept. 30: The Member of Parliament Shri Bishnu Pada Ray, Smti Rupa Ray and staffs of MP office have deeply mourned the death of Prof. Ram Kapse (82 years), former Lt. Governor of the A & N Islands, who passed away on 29th Sept 2015 at Mumbai (Maharashtra). The people of the Islands will always remember him for his contribution to the growth and development of the Islands, as also his affection for the Islanders.
Prayed to the almighty for strengthen the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss. May his soul rest in peace.
Meanwhile the PCC President Kuldeep Rai Sharma and all leaders of the Congress party have also mourned the death of former Lt Governor Prof Ram Kapse who was committed to the welfare of the people and development of these islands. His contributions to the people of these islands during the Tsunami of 2004 will always be remembered. The leaders have extended their Condolence to the members of the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
