Only those museums which are in the non-containment zone will be opened for tourists/ visitors.
The Curator / In-charge / Staff of Museum shall ensure that hand sanitizer are made available at the entry point for visiting tourists/visitors.
Entry tickets may be issued, preferably by e-mode only.
The tourists/visitors shall follow social distancing norms. The use of face cover and mask will be mandatory.
Entrance to have mandatory hand hygiene and thermal scanning facilities.
There will be separate entry and exit point within the museum, as far as feasible.
Tourists/visitor shall stick to time limit inside the museums.
The security staff shall ensure that there is no crowding at entry or inside the museums.
No food and eatables shall be allowed inside the museums.
Tourists/visitors shall not touch walls, railings or any other items inside the museums
Spitting and smoking are strictly prohibited in the museums.
Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one's mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with a tissue/ handkerchief/ flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly after use.
