Port Blair, Oct. 7: The Counselling of candidates for admission to two year D.El.Ed. course at Dr. S.R.DIET, Garacharma for the session 2020-22 shall be held from 19th October to 22nd October 2020 in the auditorium of DIET, Garacharma on the basis of Final Merit List for all the categories as per the schedule given below:
Candidates selected for admission to this course during counselling session scheduled from 19th October to 22nd October , 2020 shall be given admission on the same day. The selected candidates should deposit the admission fees (Rs/- 2080 for hostellers & Rs/- 980/- for day scholars), copies of certificates along with original certificates, two passport size photographs and other documents on the day of admission, failing which, their cases for admission will not be considered.
Those who fail to attend the counselling session, in time, will not be considered for admission to the course and next eligible candidate in the merit list shall be considered for admission.
Due to Covid -19 pandemic, only single parent along with candidate shall be allowed with social distancing & Mask.
