Port Blair, Jan 25: The Andaman & Nicobar State Cooperative Bank Ltd. has introduced Cooperative Privilege Banking on Monday, 25th January 2021 at its Head Office Conference Hall at 11:30 AM. The Privilege Banking was inaugurated by Shri. K. Murugan, Managing Director, A& N State Cooperative Bank Ltd., in presence of senior officials and staffs members of the Bank.
Addressing the gathering, the Managing Director informed that the A&N State Cooperative Bank has started its operation since 1966. The Bank has provided a lot of Banking services to its customers and it is now offering Cooperative Privilege Banking to niche and high worth customer to provide banking to their door steps for a hassle free banking.
He further informed that through privilege banking the bank offers a Dedicated Customer Relation Executive (CRE) for banking needs Deposits, Loans and ATMs etc. The welcome kit contains Pass book, Voucher for groceries, bakeries, confectionaries, Rate of Interest chart, and Pre – approved cash credit (CC) limit of Rs.1.00 Lakh and this services is initially planned for the branches of Port Blair Municipal area only in the first Phase.
He also informed that soon the bank is going to open Bank A/c at the customer’s door step through “MINI TABLET”.
In another function, Shri. K. Murugan, Managing Director, A&NSCB handed over the four wheeler key to the customers who are benefitted under the scheme “2021 Vahan Loan Scheme (4 Wheeler).
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Shri. Raghubir Singh, AGM (Loan).
