Port Blair, May 10: COVID 19 awareness campaign was conducted at various locations like vegetable market and forest check post Bathubasti and Garacharama by members of REVIVE (local NGO).

During the drive, awareness was spread on washing hands, wearing masks, maintaining social distance, eating healthy and to consult a doctor if symptomatic while requesting the 45+ age group to get vaccinated.

On the occasion the police personals also informed general public about covid protocols. The drive was supported by SHO PS Pahargaon under the supervision of SP, SA and ASP, SA
