Port Blair, Feb. 17: The vaccination drive is continuing smoothly in A&N Islands. As per data available, a total of 6,06,637 beneficiaries in the age group of 18 and above have been vaccinated so far in A&N Islands. Similarly, 23,137 beneficiaries have been vaccinated in the age group of 15 to 18. The number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine so far stood at 8236.

A total of 411 eligible beneficiaries were vaccinated in A&N Islands today. 273 beneficiaries were vaccinated in South Andaman District, out of which, 8 beneficiaries were in the age group of 15-18 years, 9 beneficiaries were in the age group of 18-44years and the number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine stood at 36.

97beneficiaries were vaccinated in North & Middle Andaman District, out of which, 1 beneficiary was in the age group of 15-18, 1 beneficiary was in the age group of 18-44years and the number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine stood at 23.

41 beneficiaries were vaccinated in Nicobar District, out of which, 1 beneficiary was in the age group of 15-18 and the number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine stood at 14.
