25,820 Beneficiaries in the Age Group of 12 to 14 Years Administered Both Doses of Vaccine

Port Blair, July 21: The vaccination drive is continuing smoothly in A&N Islands. As per data available, a total of 6,88,966 doses of vaccine have been administered to beneficiaries in the age group of 18 and above so far. Similarly, 23,870 beneficiaries have been vaccinated in the age group of 15 to 18 years.  25,820 beneficiaries in the age group of 12 to 14 years have been administered both doses of vaccine. The number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine so far stood at 43,337.

A total of 2518 eligible beneficiaries were vaccinated in A&N Islands today. 539 beneficiaries were vaccinated in South Andaman District, out of which, 74 were in the age group of 12-14 years and the number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine stood at 410.

In North & Middle Andaman District, 1087 beneficiaries were vaccinated, out of which 64 were in the age group of 12-14 years, 2 were in the age group of 15 to 18 years, 2 beneficiaries were in the age group of 18-44 years and the number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine stood at 842.

In Nicobar District, 892 beneficiaries were vaccinated out of which 34 were in the age group of 12-14 years, 1 beneficiary was in the age group of 15 to 18 years, 1 beneficiary was in the age group of 18-44 years and the number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine stood at 795.
