Port Blair, July 26: Shri M.Vinod, President AATO along with its members visited the Kargil memorial at Tagore college of education, Middle Point and paid  floral tributes to soldiers who lost their lives in the 1999 Kargil War and laid a wreath at the  Kargil war Memorial on Kargil Vijay Diwas.
