Port Blair, March 23: The 36^th Convocation of IGNOU will be held on Monday, 3^rd April 2023 at 11.00AM in the JNRM Auditorium, Port Blair. Learners, who have paid online fee and interested to receive degree in-person are advised to register their name at Regional Centre Port Blair between 27^th March 2023 to 31^st March 2023. For convocation scarf, students are advised to pay refundable deposit of Rs.200/-.
