Port Blair, July 28: To carry out emergency repairs onboard, the vehicle ferry vessel MV Pilopanja presently providing service between Chatham & Bambooflat has been withdrawn from service with effect from 28.07.2024 afternoon. However, all out efforts are being made by the Directorate of Shipping Services to rectify the defects and to resume the service of MV Pilopanja at the earliest on top priority.
