Sri Vijaya Puram, Nov. 3: A training-cum-placement drive will be jointly organized by L&T Construction Skills Training Institute (CSTI), Kanchipuram and Govt. ITI Dollygunj on Nov. 6 & 7, 2024 at Government ITI, Dollygunj, Sri Vijaya Puram. This drive promises training with guaranteed placement across L&T’s job sites in India. Interested ITI Certificate holder or a 10th/12th passed candidates ready to build a future in construction, may grab the chance to join a renowned organization that prioritizes hands-on skill development on free of cost.

The highlights of the Job Mela are as follows:

-Training Location: L&T Construction Skills Training Institute, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu

­-Total Vacancies: 2,750 nos.

-Eligibility: ITI passed-outs or 10th /12th pass only Male candidates

-Stipend: Paid as per Government of India norms during apprenticeship after the L&T CSTI- Kanchipuram Training.

The program offers intensive training in high-demand construction trades such as Formwork Carpentry, Masonry, Bar Bending, Scaffolding, Plumbing, Welding, and Electrician. Following the basic training (2-3 months at CSTI Kanchipuram), candidates will be placed as apprentices for a one-year period, during which they will receive a stipend according to the prescribed norms. After successfully completing the apprenticeship, trainees will have career opportunities within L&T or its partner organizations, laying the foundation for a promising career in the construction industry.
