Sri Vijaya Puram, Dec. 10: A delegation from the Tribal Council of Car Nicobar led by Shri John Levi, Deputy Vice Chief Captain, Shri Manua Thomas, Shri Amin Moosa, and Shri L Davidson, Executive Members met the newly appointed Chief Secretary of Andaman and Nicobar Administration, Dr. Chandra Bhushan Kumar, IAS, in his office today. The delegation discussed various important issues concerning the development of Car Nicobar Island.
