BJP All Set to Call for ‘Andaman Bandh’ on 17th July As Mark of Protest Against Administration’s Monopoly

Port Blair, July 13: The attack on a Patwari of Sagar Dweep by the Pradhan of the area Mr Shankar Das has raised much commotion and rage among the BJP party leaders of A&N Islands. Shankar Das has been absconding since the time of the incident, while the Police is on a vigorous search to smoke out the Pradhan. Following the incident, the Police has been sending summons and notices to the BJP party workers which included the State President of the party, Mr. Ajoy Bairagi. The enraged BJP workers led by the Party President have now decided to call for an Andaman Bandh on 17th July 2020.

She is administered medications for the symptoms and in few hours, the condition of the patient improves. Having felt better after medication, the patient and relatives want to go home.

Port Blair, July 13: Kala Kendra Society under the Department of Art & Culture, A & N Administration is organizing online Talent Hunt Competition for students in Indian Classical Dance in the month of July 2020. The competition shall be conducted in two age groups i.e. 11 yrs to 14 yrs and 15 yrs to 18 yrs.

Port Blair, July 12: While undertaking EEZ Surveillance of A&N islands on 10th July 2020, Coast Guard Dornier located one fishing boat adrift approximately 190 nm north-west of Port Blair. The Dornier crew with their experience and knowledge identified the boat to be Sri Lankan and same was corroborated with MRCC Colombo. The Sri Lankan boat was reportedly in distress due to technical snag.
