The Port users can access this software application through URL https://testuat.andaman.gov.in/vms/ and get acquainted with the system.

Sri Vijaya Puram, March 21: The vessel MV Nalanda which sailed from Chennai is expected to arrive at Sri Vijaya Puram on March 23, 2025 at 0700 hrs. She has on board, 164 passengers, 113 MT Cargo & 10 Containers. On arrival at Sri Vijaya Puram, the vessel will be berthed at Haddo Wharf and passengers will be disembarked immediately.

This symbolic act will help in spreading awareness about climate change and demonstrate collective action towards sustainable future. In order to support ‘Earth Hour’, the Electricity Department has appealed to consumers and general public to join the global initiative by switching of their power intensive equipment's, decorative lights, high mast / flood lights and all other non-essential lights on 22nd March, 2025 from 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm.

Rangat, March 20: As part of the ‘Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore’ initiative, the Deputy Commissioner, North & Middle Andaman District, Smt. Nandini Maharaj, IAS, visited Rangat Tehsil today. During her visit, she conducted an interactive session with PRI members and local residents, addressing key concerns and ensuring swift redressal. As part of this initiative, she handed over subdivision orders for four cases and brought long-awaited relief to a 92-year-old settler, Shri Pulin Behari Dey, by correcting an error in land records that had persisted for decades.
