The ANTCC President, Mr. Rangalal Halder has expressed deep sadness at the passing away of Shri. Raghunath Pradhan (age 75 years), father of Shri. Ranjit Pradhan, resident of Bachra Pahad, Chouldhari who breathed his last on 25.01.2022 at PHC Chouldhari.

Port Blair, Jan 25: The vaccination drive is continuing smoothly in A&N Islands. As per data available, a total of 6,03,443 beneficiaries in the age group of 18 and above have been vaccinated so far in A&N Islands. Similarly, 21,921 beneficiaries have been vaccinated in the age group of 15 to 18 years against the target beneficiaries of 23,000. The number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine so far stood at 4764.

Port Blair, Jan. 25: During the RT-PCR test conducted on 129 passengers who arrived here yesterday, one positive case has been detected. Today, 10 flights with 575 passengers arrived, out of which, 440 passengers were vaccinated with both doses while RT-PCR test was conducted on135 passengers and the reports are awaited. 

Port Blair, Jan 24: The Member of Parliament, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma has requested the Hon’ble Lt. Governor to appoint and post Counselors & Wellness Teachers in all the Secondary and Sr. Secondary level Schools in Andaman & Nicobar Islands as per CBSE guidelines.
