Shri Kuldeep Rai Sharma, Member of Parliament, Andaman & Nicobar Islands has deeply mourned the sad and untimely demise of Shri Elisha, age 50 years, Inspector of Police, A&N Police (Ex- ADC to Hon’ble LG) of Small Lapathy village, Car Nicobar, who passed away at GB Pant Hospital, Port Blair on 17^th June 2022. He prayed to the Almighty to give eternal peace to the departed soul and courage to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.

Port Blair, June 19: Three positive cases have been detected, today of which, one was from incoming flight passengers who arrived here yesterday. Today, 12 flights with 1948 passengers arrived, out of which, 1662 passengers were vaccinated with both doses while RT-PCR test was conducted on 221 passengers and the reports are awaited.

Governor, ANI, R/o Nayagaon, Port Blair who passed away on 17.06.2022. In his message Jolly prayed to the Almighty to give peace to his eternal soul departed for heavenly abode and give strength to his bereaved family member to bear this irreparable loss.

Port Blair, June 12: The Member of Parliament, Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma today highlighted the problems being faced by Katchal bound passengers due to non-berthing of ships at Katchal Island.

In a letter addressed to the Chief Secretary, A&N Administration, the Member of Parliament pointed out that residents of Katchal Island are facing huge problems in transportation from Port Blair to Katchal and vice versa as hardly any ship is directly berthing at Katchal Island these days.
