Subhajit Basu, Hon’ble Special Judge under POCSO Act, North and Middle Andaman District, Mayabunder has delivered a significant judgment in the PS Kalighat case FIR No. 15/2023 dated 21.08.2023, U/s 5(j)(ii)(l)/6 of POCSO Act, 2012, sentencing the accused Silas Horow to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment.
