Port Blair, Nov. 18: The recent interview of 2021 Padmashri Awardee Ms. Kangana Ranaut on “Times Summit 2021” was absolutely shocking and highly objectionable and in bad taste. It also defies decency, dignity and decorum, which is expected from a person who is conferred with one of the highest awards of the Republic of India. This also shows that the lady in question has no respect for the award she has been conferred with and has no regard for the Law of the Land (refer the Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971), said a release from the ANTCC headquarter.

Shiva Yogetha, D/o Mr. Shiva Kumar (Father) and Mrs. Rathika (Mother), who has achieved the World Record for being the “FASTEST TO RECITE BACKWARD 100 TO 1 COUNTING” on 19th August 2021 had met with the Member of Parliament of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma recently. Port Blair, Nov. 18: The Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee (ANTCC) on Thursday kick started the first phase of its two week 'Jan Jagran Abhiyan’, during which party leaders and workers visited Bambooflat town and organized 'public meeting' and 'Pad Yatra' to highlight the people on the BJP's policies that resulted in high inflation, widespread unemployment and economic recession.

Port Blair, Nov. 18: Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is an initiative of the Government of India to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of progressive India and the glorious history of its people, culture and achievements. The official journey of “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” commences on 12th March, 2021 which starts a 75 week countdown to our 75th anniversary of Independence and will end post a year on 15th August, 2023.

Port Blair, Nov. 18: To accelerate complete vaccination, the Govt. starts #HarGharDastak campaign from 3rd November to 30th November 2021 for those who have not yet taken the first dose or those whose second dose is due. The campaign is in line with call for fight against COVID-19 by Hon’ble Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and as per the direction of National President, Bharatiya Janata Party, Shri J. P. Nadda.
