Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct 3: In celebration of Gandhi Jayanti, Akashwani Sri Vijaya Puram, in collaboration with WITH YOU, a local NGO, organized a general health camp for the staff and sanitary workers of Akashwani. The initiative aimed to honor the hard work and dedication of the sanitary workers, who play a crucial role in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness.

The sanitary workers were felicitated with shawls and certificates as a token of appreciation for their selfless service. A dedicated team of doctors and medical staff from Shyamla Clinic conducted basic health check-ups for all employees, ensuring their well-being.

Act 1988 (Act No.59 of 1988) read with Administration’s Notification No./2008/F.No.32-95/2008-TR dated 10th March, 2008, the notification issued vide no. 9-170/LS/2018/PF-I/4526 dated 1.10.2024 has been withdrawn.
