Port Blair, Nov. 13 Shri Vishal Jolly, National Executive Member BJP & Former State President BJP-ANI hoisted party flag at Nicobar District Headquarters, in the Perka village yesterday in presence of tribal leaders and tribal villagers during his 03 days tour to Nicobar District. Inspired by the leadership, the tribal people enthusiastically participated in the flag hoisting event and the party’s ideology reaching out to the tribal communities even to the remotest part of the country.

Port Blair, Nov. 12: The birth anniversary of Dr. Salim Ali, ‘The Birdman of India’, was celebrated by the Science Centre. As part of the programme, the students were taken to Chidiyatapu, a place well known for its avian fauna for watching the birds through binocular. The students were taught to identify the birds and its nature in its natural habitat and also explained the unique biodiversity of Chidiyatapu. Around 50 students from various schools in & around Port Blair took part in the programme.

Port Blair, Nov. 13: Shri. M.A Sajid, State President NSUI has requested the Administration to promptly declare the final years results of various PG Courses in JNRM.
In his letter addressed to the Education Secretary, Andaman & Nicobar Administration, Sajid said that the Students from JNRM were facing huge difficulties concerning a delay in declaring of their Final Semester results of several PG Courses by the Pondicherry University.

Port Blair, Nov. 12: The Department Related Parliamentary Committee on Industry headed by its Chairman, Shri Tiruchi Siva (Rajya Sabha) along with other Committee Members today visited the National Memorial Cellular Jail and paid tributes to the freedom fighters.
