Sri Vijaya Puram, Dec 1: JS Virat, a Class VI student of Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Lambaline and a promising chess player   has become the first boy and second player from the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, after R Kasthuri Bhai, to represent India at the prestigious international platform. He will compete in the 18th Asian Schools Chess Championship 2024, in under 11 category scheduled to take place in Bangkok, Thailand, from December 2 to 11, 2024.
