Shri. Devesh Chandra Srivastva, IPS, Director General of Police, Andaman & Nicobar Islands graced the occasion with his august presence as the Chief Guest of the ceremony. Smti. Sindhu Pillai. A, IPS, Inspector General of Police, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Smti. Port Blair, April 22: The Atal Centre for Ocean Science and Technology for Islands (ACOSTI), NIOT celebrated World Earth Day at Port Blair to recognize the importance of global climate change affecting marine life. The World Earth Day celebration showcased the talent of school students who actively participated in drawing and slogan/song competitions at ACOSTI, NIOT campus at Dollygunj. Nearly 40 students from St. Mary’s School enthusiastically participated in the competitions.

Port Blair/Mumbai, April 22: National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), the world’s No 1 derivatives exchange in the year 2023 based on contracts traded, has received approval for Derivatives on Nifty Next 50 index (NIFTYNXT50) from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and will launch these contracts from April 24, 2024.
