Port Blair, Oct. 29: The Bharatiya Janata Party, Andaman & Nicobar Islands led by Shri Ajoy Bairagi, State President, BJP, A & N Islands through Shri M Vinod, State Vice President has requested Hon’ble Minister of Civil Aviation, GOI to Increase the number of inbound flights from major metropolitan cities such as Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangaluru, Hyderabad etc. from November, 2020 onwards.

Port Blair, Oct. 29: The South Andaman District Police solved an attempt to ATM theft case within an hour with the apprehension of one Juvenile in conflict with law.
On 27/10/2020 at around 0600 hrs, a complaint was received from the Manager, HDFC Bank, Junglighat, Port Blair that the ATM installed at the main branch was vandalized by some miscreant.

Port Blair, Oct. 29: Shri. Ajoy Bairagi, State President, Bharatiya Janata Party condoles the demise of Late. (Shri.) Keshubhai Patel, Former Chief Minister of Gujarat and the stalwart leader of Bharatiya Janata Party. Late. (Shri.) Keshubhai Patel was 92 years old and passed away due to Cardiac Arrest. He had recently recovered from COVID-19.

Port Blair, Oct. 28: Due to the declaration of containment zone at Rangat, a very large area is presently under lockdown leading to which business and other economic activities are badly affected. Presently only one patient of Rangat area is tested positive that too is due to the medical negligence.
