Port Blair, April 18: Former State President, BJP, A&N Islands, Shri. Vishal Jolly has demanded to restore all convoys in Andaman Trunk operating between Jirkatang to Middle Strait and from Middle Strait to Jirkatang. The same has been curtailed and restricted to a limited movement due to the COVID pandemic since March 2020. Now the Govt. of India including UT Administration have been revoked Disaster Management Act, which was enforced to impose restriction and containment of COVID-19 in the country.

Various awareness stalls of departments have been displayed on the theme- Health, Nutrition & Sanitation, also felicitating health screening of general public at the Mela itself.
