The webinar has been planned in collaboration with NABARD, PORT BLAIR from 1-23, October 2020.

Port Blair, Sept. 30: Shri. Ajoy Bairagi, State President, Bharatiya Janata Party has requested the Lt. Governor and others concerned to stop the eviction drives during this time of pandemic.
Bairagi said that it has been brought to his notice that a large number of encroachments both old and new (temporary and permanent structures) have been evicted during these times of the pandemic from various villages of different districts.

Port Blair, Oct. 1: This year Durga Puja is being organised and celebrated in the middle of unprecedented pandemic. This demands proper and adequate health safety measures for the citizens. Puja Committees must ensure the health and safety norms for themselves and for the participants and visitors.

Port Blair, Sept. 30: The Member of Parliament, A&N Islands, Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma has requested the Chief General Manager, A&N Telecom Circle, BSNL, Port Blair to restore the networking of BSNL at Hut Bay, Little Andaman. Due to networking problems in some area of Hut Bay, the digital services like online Tele-education classes for the students and other e-services are badly been affected.
