Port Blair, Aug. 8: The Government of India is committed towards ‘Anaemia Mukt Bharat’ and a worm-free future for the children of India. Worm infestations impair the nutritional status of the children. The nutritional impairment has significant impact on growth and physical development of children. In order to reduce the load of intestinal worms which is a major cause of Anaemia and related morbidity in the country, the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare in co-ordination with Department of Women and Child Development and Department of School Education and Literacy, Government of India has initiated National De-worming Day (NDD) all over the country, where in all children and adolescents from 1-19 years of age are given de-worming tablet through the platform of Schools and Anganwadi Centres.

College has extended the last date of submission of online applications to various UG courses offered by this institution i.e. from Aug. 8 to Aug. 13, 2023. Hence, the aspirants can avail the facility through the Common College Admission portal (CCAP) url:collegeadmission.andaman.gov.in. This is the last chance and there will be no further extension anymore.

Candidates are advised to read the instructions given in the Admit Card carefully and must adhere with them for appearing in the written examination.

Port Blair, Aug. 8: A team of Doctor (Ayurveda) and para Medical Staff of Regional Ayurveda Research Institute (RARI), a unit of CCRAS under Ministry of Ayush, Port Blair will be conducting free ayurveda health camp and survey at Mus & Kakana villages of Car Nicobar Island from Aug. 12 to 24, 2023.
