Port Blair, Oct. 14: The provisional selection list of candidates for admission 2022-23 in various courses in M.G. Govt. College, Mayabunder has been published online. The provisional selection list- course wise along with corresponding merit list of other subject is available at url:collegeadmission.andaman.gov.in.
Since many candidates have applied for multiple courses, such candidates have been directed to take admission only in one course. The selected candidates are allowed to remit the fee in the prescribed bank account from Oct.20 to 25, 2022 on working days at the College Counter. Non-payment of Admission fees from selected candidates shall not be considered as admitted. Once the tuition fee/admission fee is remitted, it will not be refundable.

Port Blair, Oct. 13: It cones as a blessing in disguise for Andaman’s Tourism Industry as the Government of India extends LTC for Andaman till 25th September 2024.
Shri M.Vinod, President, Andaman Association of Tour Operators (AATO) had requested Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of Personal Affairs for extending LTC facility for A&N Islands through personal meetings and letters.

Port Blair, Oct. 13: Andaman & Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Sciences (ANIIMS), Port Blair has been approved 114 MBBS seats by Ministry of Health & Family welfare (MoHFW), Govt. of India and Andaman & Nicobar Administration for the academic year 2022-23. NEET-2022 qualified students will be admitted through All India quota counselling and state quota counselling. Out of total approved 114 seats, 17 seats of All India quota will be filled by online counselling by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), and rest of the 97 seats will be admitted under state quota (10 EWS plus 87 Category seat).
