Port Blair, Sept. 13: The Indian Pharmacist Association (IPA) will be launching E-Clinic across India on the occasion of World Pharmacists Day on 25th September 2021. Informing this on a virtual meet with the different state heads of IPA, Shri Abhay Kumar National President, IPA said that the central government initiative to reach the quality health facility to the remotest area will be carried forward by IPA in association with TATTWAN.

Port Blair, Sept.13: The vaccination drive is continuing smoothly in A&N Islands. As per data available, a total of 3, 90, 407 doses of vaccine has been administered so far in A&N Islands out of the target beneficiaries of 2, 81, 603 (approx.). A total of 3122 doses were administered today in A&N Islands. A total of 1,58,049 eligible people in the age group of 18 to 44 years have been vaccinated till date.

Port Blair, Sept. 13: REVIVE, a local Medical NGO in association with Directorate of Health Services, Port Blair conducted a free multi-specialty camp at Manpur Community Hall, South Andaman District on Sunday, the 12th Sept. 2021 from 2pm - 4pm. The camp provided free multi -specialty medical consultation and free medicines to general public of Manpur village.

Port Blair, Sept. 12: Referring to the Press Note issued by the Development Section IV of the Secretariat wherein the Education Department invited applications for seats, reserved for students of A&N Islands in the mainland institutions for the academic session 2021-2022. (Published in Daily Telegrams on Aug 4, 2021), the Member of Parliament has requested the Lt. Governor to extend the last date for submitting applications.
