Port Blair, Aug 14: In the clarion call of Hon’ble Prime Minister of India to hoist the National Flag in every home from August 13 to August 15 to mark 75 years of India’s Independence, Shri Vishal Jolly National Executive Member BJP & Former State President BJP-ANI participated and started the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign at Shore Point village in association with Sparsha NGO.

Port Blair, Aug 14: As part of Independence Day Celebration (75 years of Independence) Andaman Nicobar Chess Association (ANCA) is organising Port Blair Open Chess Tournament 2022 on 13th & 14th August 2022 at TSG Emerald Phoenix Bay, Port Blair. More than 130 players are participating in the tournament which will be held for two days over 7 rounds in rapid mode.

Shri Ashok Kumar Paul, DFO Wimberlygunj was the chief guest and flagged off the rally from Bambooflat Jetty.
