On the auspicious occasion of "Durga Puja" and "Dussehra", I convey my warmest greetings to all the residents of A&N Islands.

These festivals are celebrated throughout the country as a mark of victory of good over evil. It is also an opportunity to cherish the spread of unity, harmony and bonds of fraternity among the residents of these Islands.

On this joyous occasion, I wish that these festivals bring happiness in the lives of all Islanders and our Islands continue to progress on the path of peace and prosperity.
