CPI (M), Andaman & Nicobar State Organising Committee condoled the demise of Shri Bhagat Singh, Chairman, Andaman & Nicobar State Cooperative Bank Ltd. and retired Superintending Engineer, Electricity Department on the mainland today (27^th October, 2023).  He was 82 years. CPI (M) conveyed its deepest condolences to the members of late Bhagat Singh.
