Port Blair, Nov. 15: The Bharatiya Janata Party State President, Shri Ajoy Bairagi has congratulated Dr. Ankit Toppo, a resident of Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram and local youth from the Ranchi Community for securing First Gold Medal in MBBS from Andaman & Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Science (ANIIMS) of 2016 Batch.

Shri Bairagi also wished Dr. Ankit for his future endeavour and advised the youths that Dr Ankit is an example that good things come to those who are willing to sacrifice to reach a worthwhile goal.
