It is brought to the notice of the electricity consumers and general public that due to urgent maintenance of Bambooflat Sub-Station and to line clearance & pruning of dangerous trees standing Panther-I and Panther-II Tie Line at Bambooflat, the power supply will interrupted in Port Blair and South Andaman area on 16.12.2023, between 0800 hrs. and 1100 hrs. on as and when required basis. However, during the work, power supply of the following area will complete shutdown:

16.12.2023 (Saturday) 0800 Hrs. - 1100 Hrs.: Bambooflat to Wimberlygunj, Hopetown, Mathura, Bridavan, Ferargunj to Jirkatang, StewartGunj, Kanyapuram, Wimberlygunj to Shoal Bay              

In addition to above, power supply will also be suspended at the following area on 16.12.2023 (Saturday) from 0800 Hrs. to 1200 Hrs. in connection with urgent breakdown maintenance of HT line at Austinabad.

16.12.2023 (Saturday) 0800 Hrs. – 1200 Hrs.: Austinabad Dog squad, Austinabad village, Austinabad junction, Brookshabad and Carbyn’s Cove area complete.         

The above mentioned schedule is tentative, if the work is completed before the schedule line will be charged accordingly. The inconvenience caused is regretted.
