Social Activist Komal Anand Awarded with Sai Bharat Ratan Award for her Service to the Society
Port Blair, Dec. 20: In a heart-warming endeavour to spread joy and create lasting memories, Sai Shraddha Saburi hosted its 22nd special event, "SAI LEHAR HAR SHEHAR," on December 8, 2023. This heart-warming gathering, designed for special and Divyang children, is part of a global initiative by Sai Shraddha Saburi. These events empower kids with unique abilities, making every celebration extraordinary.
The programme also included heart-warming performance by Jyoti Amge, known as the world's shortest living woman, shared her remarkable journey and Kamlesh Patel, a phenomenal dancer with an inspiring story, took center stage. The event witnessed the esteemed presence of two distinguished chief guests, each with the spirit of resilience and achievement. Pankaj Berry, a luminary in the Indian film and television industry, graced the occasion.
The event also welcomed Mr. Pradeep Jain, Chairman of Parsvnath Developers Ltd., a visionary leader recognized in Forbes List of Billionaires. His diverse achievements, ranging from real estate to philanthropy, underscore his commitment to societal progress and community well-being.
The event also witnessed the felicitation of Mrs Komal Anand (social activist) who has been serving the needy, especially for Divyang twenty-four years. She is also the founder president Pankh, an Island based NGO and was awarded with Sai Bharat Ratan Award during the event.
