Port Blair, Feb 26: The highly anticipated DGP Cup T-20 League-Cum-Knockout Cricket Tournament- 2024 Season-2 is set to commence at Netaji Stadium from February 27th, 2024. Cricket enthusiasts can brace themselves for an exhilarating season filled with intense competition, skillful plays, and unforgettable moments.
The event kicks off on 27th February 2024 at Netaji Stadium, Port Blair with a dazzling opening ceremony to be presided by Shri Devesh Chandra Srivastva, IPS, DGP, Andaman & Nicobar Islands amongst special guests and dignitaries. The inaugural match will be played between "Team Coral Safari" and “Team Jai Hind" at 1030 hrs.
The DGP Cup has established itself as a premier platform for showcasing top-tier talent in the Cricket fraternity of A&N Islands and Season-2 promises to exceed expectations. 43 Teams from across the Islands will compete for glory, aiming to etch their names in the annals of Cricket history of Islands.
