The general public and consumers of the Electricity Department are hereby informed that, on 07.03.2024, there will be power outages in the following area between 1400 hrs. and 1700 hrs. for the carrying out of annual maintenance of 6.3 MVA power transformer at the Phoenix Bay Sub-Station. However, the department is trying to make an effort to maintain the power supply consistent while working.

Time & Area affected: 1400 Hrs. To 1700 Hrs.: Light House, Phoenix Bay, Fisheries Jetty area, Anarkali, Delanipur, Quarry Hill, Phongy Kyaung, Foreshore Road, Megapode, Teal House, Horticulture Road

1400 Hrs. To 1500 Hrs.: Marine Hill, Dugnabad complete, Round Basti & Netaji Club area.

The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
