Port Blair, March 15: The valedictory function of the 5 days training on ‘Check on Delay and Pension & other Retirement Benefit/NPS/Public Procurement & GeM’ from March 11 to 15, 2024 for Amalgamated Clerical Cadre working in various Departments under the Administration, staff of A&N Police Department and PBMC was held today. The Administrative Reforms & Training Wing of A&N Administration in association with the Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM), Department of Personnel & Training, Govt. of India, New Delhi organized the training programme.

The Secretary (AR&Trg.), Shri A.S.P.S. Raviprakash, IAS was the chief guest on the occasion. He also distributed the Training Course Certificates to all the participants. Altogether 53 participants attended the training programme.

The Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM), Department of Personnel & Training, Govt. of India had deputed Shri Deepak Kumar Bist, Joint Director, Department of Personnel & Training, (Institute of Secretariat Training and Management) Govt. of India, New Delhi and Dr. N.K. Gautam, Faculty, INGAF, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi as faculties for imparting the training.  Smt. Krishna Chakraborty, Deputy Secretary (Rtd.), A&N Administration and Shri K. Palani, Office Superintendent, AR&Trg. Wing were the local resource persons.
