Car Nicobar, Mar. 1: Under the ease of living and promoting e-governance, the District Administration of Nicobars digitised land records of all the 7 revenue villages (Campbell Bay, Govindnagar, Jogindernagar, Laxminagar, Vijaynagar, Gandhinagar and Shastrinagar) of Great Nicobar Island (Campbell Bay) coming within the Nicobar district and the same is now made live for the general public for viewing and downloading.

Port Blair, Mar. 1: In the preparation for the upcoming General Election-2024, a comprehensive training program was conducted for Sector Officers, Police Officers, Master Trainers and other officials in the auditorium of Tagore Govt. College of Education here today.
The training session was attended by Shri Vinayak Chamadia, IAS, SLMT/Nodal Officer (EVM), Shri Anand Vardhan Mishra, SLMT/Nodal Officer (Manpower), SLMT Shri Azharuddin Zahiruddin Quazi, IAS. Shri Som Naidu, Ex-DANICS, the Resource Person also participated in the program.

Port Blair, Mar. 1: In exercise of power conferred under M.V. Act 1988 (Act No.59 of 1988) read with Administrations Notification No./2008/F.No.32-95/2008-TR dated 10th March, 2008, the District Magistrate, South Andaman District has notified for the information of all concerned that laying of pipeline work will be starting from 02.03.2024 from Lamba Line to Dairy Farm Junction. To avoid hardship to public, work is planned to be executed during night hours from 8 PM to 6 AM.
